For the past 15 weeks, we’ve been keeping a little secret.  However, with summer pool passes, that secret is getting harder to hide.  Come December, we’ll be a family of F I V E! 

The Lord has felt so silent. As I lay question after question at His feet – I sense His presence – yet am experiencing a lack of direction and discernment. I continue to go through the motions – spending time in God’s Word, in His presence, and worshipping Him. Yet – no matter how much I yearn to experience His tangible favor, grace, and love, I am left with a deep ache, full of uncertainty and self-doubt.

While COVID certainly hasn’t disappeared, I do sense we continue to turn the corner into a “post-pandemic” season. Despite having remained connected to family, friends, church, and work throughout the pandemic, this past month rivaled my pre-pandemic social calendar and has resulted in a mental, social and spiritual exhaustion that I haven’t felt in almost two years.
